A 25% (non-refundable) deposit if booking more than 8 weeks in advance is required to secure your booking with us. The final balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than 6 weeks in advance the whole amount should be sent in full. Reservations will only be held for 5 working days.

Written conformation will be sent back to you on receipt of booking form and cheque.

After the final balance is received a receipt/ invoice will be sent, with directions on how to reach us at the farmhouse.
