Strange and unusual facts

• in the uk it is legal for a driver to exceed the speed limit and still be within the law. Although the police wont admit it, the "acceptable" speed limit in a 30 zone is 35 and 79 on a motorway, i.e. 10% of the limit plus 2 extra, so if the speed limit is 30, 30+3 (10%)+2=35.
